Our aims are to empower health consumers lodge effective complaints that result in improvement to the quality of health care offered to all consumers. We are an unfunded independent group, whose members can provide some assistance to you with your complaint about a health service/provider. This assistance is from their firsthand experience. Our mission · To ensure consumers are respected and their concerns are treated in a fair and reasonable manner. · To collaborate with organizations to improve the quality of health services offered.
