I have been working on my own self development for many years. I had heard of Reiki previously, but I was particularly drawn to it earlier this year. I have since completed my Reiki I and Reiki II and the ideology is now a very big part of my everyday life. Reiki has enriched my living, centred my being and strengthened my confidence.
With great thanks to Trish Dixson, I now have a thorough understanding and a love for the practice of Reiki. The essence of Trish is transposed while undertaking the course(s). I have felt both enlightened and empowered to higher degree after completing each level of Reiki.
The surrounds of the beautiful Adelaide Hills enhances the Reiki experience and the reception with which you are greeted by Trish and her family is genuine and sincere. I am absolutely certain that Trish is equivocally passionate in the purpose, meaning and delivery of this wonderful practice of Reiki and this is why as a student it is an awe-inspiring experience that would centre even the most excitable person.

Good morning Trish,
I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for Reiki Level 1 on 13 March. Since meeting you and spending the day with you and all the other lovely people on the course I can report that I am truly astonished with the results I am already feeling. Since meeting you I have been working now over two weeks straight, and most days are over 12 hour days. I am finding that I am bounding out of bed with not a care in the world, working to my fullest every day (without being grumpy - which is really something!). I am also being more patient with people too, when normally at work I am stressed and not very nice! I am also finding the energy to go for a run every night and do 2 hours study. I am giving myself Reiki every day and people around me are really seeing the difference and are lining up for me to do some on them! I really cannot thank you enough!

Thank you both so much for such a gorgeous day yesterday, I thoroughly enjoyed everything about the day. Trish you are an absolute inspiration, I truly thank you for sharing your wisdom in such a beautiful setting and look forward to returning to complete Level 2.
I have been practising any chance I get on myself and our children. In fact last night I did Reiki on all three before they went to sleep and one of our sons, who normally takes so long to settle and is quite anxious at times, was asleep within minutes of receiving Reiki.
This morning I woke up early for my meditation and followed it with the short all over Reiki. My lower back, that has been a problem for so long and was particularly sore yesterday, feels so much better.
I am just loving it and am so excited to be able to share it with my family.

A little reflection on Reiki 1......
Learning from you was a wonderful experience. Your knowledge and passion for Reiki has really inspired me to use it in my practice and to take it all the way to Level 3.
During the attunements the area near my third eye (middle of forehead) was activated so much that I could feel a magnetic pull. This was followed with pulsation feelings in my hands that lasted throughout the entire night. The pulsation feeling is very similar when I meditate with my crystals. I had very vivid dreams last night, some not very nice but I understand it was all part of the cleansing process. I believe I have always had psychic abilities but now they have improved- overnight! I wonder what will come next......
I took out my beautiful crystal pendulum as well, it responded immediately. I had prepared it a year ago but never used it for my chakras.
I look forward to Level 2 (and one day Level 3) and hopefully keep in touch with you before then.

I did Reiki on myself this morning, and also did Reiki to everything I ate and drank. Since then the tingling, warm sensation has been in my hands, and it still is, no matter what I do or touch!

I gave my first Reiki treatment to a friend since Reiki 2 attunement, and it was different! I found I intuitively needed to keep my hands near her base chakra and my right hand was vibrating and I was getting warm. After the treatment, she told me she was having lower back pain that day, and she felt fine after the treatment! It is very rewarding to know you are helping someone.

Hi Trish.........and I have no doubt that I will be kept busy with Reiki in the salon and interestingly enough, have been giving myself way more Reiki since Sunday (Level II), than I ever did following Reiki I. I am also experiencing a delightful feeling of happiness and joy since Sunday, and it feels really good!

I had such a wonderful day up with you and Barry - it was definitely an energising experience. I have been practising each day on myself, sometimes a full session sometimes only part of one. I have also given a full session to my mum and Paula. My mum felt energised and really loved the experience and couldn't believe the heat that was generated by my hands! So now my sister in law, my brother and my father are lining up!! It's amazing how when you are giving to others it is still such a wonderful and calming experience for yourself..........................Just to update you, I gave Reiki to my sister-in-law yesterday and as soon as I put my hands on her I felt like I was charged and buzzing and when I got to her stomach it was like the energy was being sucked through me and my whole body was shaking and her stomach started gurgling immediately. It was a really intense experience that left me a bit disoriented and flat and it took me a while to get over it. I suppose learning how to deal with those situations will come with time and practice, I just wasn't expecting such a reaction. She said that as soon as I placed my hands on her she felt pins and needles in those areas. It really affirmed the experience to her and afterwards we couldn't shut her up, she wouldn't stop talking and giggling so I think she definitely needed it!
