Expert

The other day I have been asked what makes me the expert on Bengalese. So here it is the conversation with one of the top Australian breeder; subject Bengalese (they use Bengalese) finches in the breeding program.

He assuring me that the Bengalese they have, are checked and rechecked, and are healthy birds and I can buy from them with confidence.

So only then I asked them why, when I purchased four birds from your healthy stock, they all died? Reply Ooo it must be something not right at your side.

(Over the years I have bred and sold lots of birds, not one buyer lost or complaind on any of my birds).

Then I have asked what about the imprint? answer if you put them back to Gouldians they are going to settle in. This is not the case you will have a bird, which looks like a Gouldian, but in every other way he is a Bengalese.
