all registration numbers.

ancestor. Also to be accompanied by original
certificate from previous registry showing registration in
name of owner/applicant.

forms are:
R1,
pink; R2, white; R3, blue. R4, green; R5,
buff; R8, old gold or yellow; R9 and Membership
