   ROYAL ADELAIDE SHOW - INFORMATION

    (above link is from 2011 and may be changed by Show Society for 2012, and will then be amended.)

 

  We include FASA dates above for the convenience of all SA Cat clubs and exhibitors,
to assist everyone in planning entries or scheduling other events. 
FASA dates are as provided.  We recommend you check their web site for changes and contacts.

  

  

All GCCFSA shows are open to cats or kittens registered with any affiliate of The Australian Cat Federation (Inc) or The Coordinating Cat Council of Australia Inc.  All exhibits must be first registered in their state of birth.

GCCFSA Show Rule 1:

1. Registration

1.1. ALL PEDIGREED exhibits five months of age and over, on the day of the show and domiciled in S.A. for three months must be individually registered with GCCFSA or FASA. All pedigreed exhibits under five months of age on the day of the show must be litter registered. Show Managers must check with appropriate Registrar. All Experimental & Registered Experimental Desexed exhibits six months of age and over, on the day of the show, must be litter registered. 
All pedigreed cats or kittens, used for breeding and/or exhibiting, born after 30th June 1962 and domiciled in South Australia must be registered with GCCFSA or FASA.

1.2. Delegates to Governing Council must register their cats with this Council.

1.3. All Cattery Prefixes must be registered. All South Australian Prefixes granted after 30th June 1962 must be registered with GCCFSA or FASA.

1.4. Registration numbers of exhibits shall not be shown in catalogues.

1.5. PEDIGREED, EXPERIMENTAL and registered experimental desexed exhibits entered for competition must be entered in the name of their registered owners or registered lessees.

1.6. PART PEDIGREED cats or kittens are unregistered, *desexed exhibits which have some pedigree ancestry. Part pedigree cats or kittens are not eligible for entry in the domestic section. (* see page 28)

1.7. UNPEDIGREED (domestic) exhibits are those not entitled to Pedigree or registration. Unregistered pedigree cats or kittens are not eligible for entry in the domestic section.
