We are about to go to the airport and I'm really excited, but I know that when I'm gone I will miss my friends and family.

We are now at the airport and I keep on thinking that we will miss our flight!

We are about to go into the aeroplane and we are saying goodbye to nanny, grandad and our other relatives that live in London. I am really, really sad but I am not crying (like mum is) because I know I will make friends in Australia.

Gloria is the person that met us at the airport and took us for a tour of North Adelaide. By now I am really tired, so I feel like falling asleep standing up! Because we arrived here in November, Summer time, it made us all very lazy.

Ashley and I have moved schools twice now and discovered that the people here are very friendly.

The first house that we were staying in was in Happy Valley. Now we live in the hills and there is a real difference in the temperature in summer time, it is much cooler in the hills, which is quite a relief because it can get up to 40º, and I'm only used to around 20º.

Well here's to Ash Bash...

We're saying goodbye to all our friends and relatives in Liverpool getting ready for the drive to London Airport, and there's a lot of luggage to bring. When we were on the drive, it was like... I don't know! I think I was worried. Also, in the drive, I was like 'Aww! I don't want to go!' but I still had to.

When we were at the airport, I was continuously thinking that we would crash or we would miss the plane. The plane we travelled on had the label 'Singapore Airlines'. It took a very long time to get to the plane; it took about an hour or 2! When that time was over, we were saying goodbye to all our relatives and friends in the airport with us. When we were saying goodbye, I was very sad indeed!

We are on the plane and we can NOT believe that there are games there! On a plane? Games? Games on a plane? That's confusing me! I think it had a mixture of Nintendo (64), Playstation, Gameboy etc. I can't remember what game I was playing, or what type of system it's supposed to use; I think it was for the SNES®

We've had our journey to Australia, and we've already made a friend! Her name was Gloria. She gave us a tour around Adelaide and once she gave us a tour, she told us where we were going to stay. Kilburn in North Adelaide. In the tour, she told us the name of the Australian shops.

The people in Australia are, well... they're so nice that even if you pour a bucket of boiling water on their head, they will probably just say G'day in the typical lazy way that the Australians do!
