This site is a "virtual review" of a fleet which has long since vanished. It contains descriptions, specifications, potted histories and some photographs of all the ships, large and small, old and new, regular and auxilliary, which equipped Australia's Navy between 1939 and 1945. It may well be the most comprehensive historical Australian warship listing available! There is also mention of a few of the thousands of servicemen who sailed in them.
Navigating round this site.

You are reading this because your browser cannot manage frames. The main index appears below; you will need to use your browser's "BACK" button to return to it. Navigation within each page can be achieved by "opening" the "portholes" (seen at right)
towards the top of each page, and clicking the relevant links further down. If all else fails, click on the RAN-crest divider (seen below) at the foot of each entry. This will restart the entire site in a new window.
