Biogeographic Regions

Maps of the botanical regions and biogeographical regions of SA have been completed.

Ultimately, additional maps will be prepared for each bioregion. These maps will link to a directory of national parks and other significant conservation sites, as well as to bibliographies of natural history. (The bibliographies at present in the landscape & natural history page will be revised and expanded to fit into this new framework.)

Pages with a bibliography and list of on-line resources have been created, and this section will be expanded in future to include a clickable map and accompanying articles.
