He brings to us a new commandment,
to love our neighbours as ourselves.
And casting off all selfish longings,
stand united at His side.
Stand united in the charge laid on us,
in the knowledge of the love we share.
Of Him who is our blessed Saviour,
who bestows on us His care.

Remember how He came to save us,
and died for us, upon the tree,
Yet in His death is our beginning,
for His passion sets us free.
And we shall not hesitate nor falter,
but our willing hearts shall beat as one.
Together we shall build His kingdom,
of the spirit here on earth.

So raise the emblem of His passion,
in memory of the blood He shed.
To lead the vanguard of His column,
as we follow where He led.
As we follow Him to our salvation,
let our voices lift in joyous praise.
Of Him who is our soul's redeemer,
Jesus Christ The Lord of All.

Then come now Sisters lift your voices,
and come now Brothers sing aloud.
Shake off the shrouding dust of ages,
to proclaim His word anew.
That we all are equal in His service,
and together men and women stand.
No high nor low shall be among us,
in the Unity of Christ.
