And we have his promise still,
none shall fall who walk with Him.
All are saved who on Him call,
Jesus Christ the Lord of all.

Jesus Saviour of our souls,
born unto a maiden pure.
In a stable long ago,
in the town of Bethlehem.
Nestled in a humble crib,
Lord of all yet born so low.

Angels guarded Him at birth,
shepherds came down from the hills.
Wise men journeyed from afar,
guided by a shining star.
People all, born high or low,
Jesus holds us in his hands.

For that Holy Child is still,
our good Lord and sure defence.
From the snares of earthly foes,
And temptations evil power.
By His life and sacrifice,
He has gained our salvation.

And the day will surely dawn,
when in glory He returns.
He will tread where once He trod,
crowned in splendour, not in thorns.
For the Child of Bethlehem,
shall return, the living God.
