Critical Leg Table

 

If fighting hand to hand and not using a weapon then any roll of 76 or higher shatters the limb instead of cutting it, but still with the same results.
01-50 The blow breaks his toes. He hops around in pain and he cant use it again until it is medically treated. Full use of the foot wont return for at least D4 weeks.
51-75 The blow dislocates his leg and cuts open muscle. As above but if not treated within opponent's PE x1 round it will turn gangrene. It will then require D20 weeks to regain full use of the leg if at all.
76-87 The blow cuts off the leg at his ankle. The shock causes him to fall over and lie prone for at least 1 round. If not immediately bandaged he will suffer 3 HP damage per round until he dies from blood loss. Whether the foot can be reattached depends on the technology level of the campaign.
88-93 The blow cuts off the leg at the knee. As above but takes 6 HP per round.
94-97 The blow cuts off the leg at the hip. As above but takes 9 HP per round and collapses.
98-99 As before but the blow also severs a major artery causing death within D4 rounds.
