| If fighting hand to hand and not using a weapon then any roll of 98 or higher is instant death instead. | |
| 01-50 | The blow to his skull knocks him down and stuns him for D6 rounds. Roll save vs Stun to see if he drops anything he was holding. |
| 51-75 | The blow breaks his jaw and knocks out D10 teeth. Whether the teeth can be reattached depends on the technology level of the campaign. |
| 76-87 | The blow cuts off 1 ear. If not treated within opponent's PE x1 round it will turn gangrene. Whether the ear can be reattached depends on the technology level of the campaign. |
| 88-93 | The blow destroys 1 eye. If not treated within opponent's PE x1 round it will turn gangrene. Combat and skill rolls are halved until he can learn to compensate for his loss of sight. |
| 94-97 | The blow forces his jawbone into the lower part of his brain causing death in d6 rounds. |
| 98-99 | The blow decapitates him. Roll to see if his head hits anyone causing a stun. |
