70,000-20,500 BC - Ice age. The Dwarves and Gnomes choose to escape it by shifting their civilization underground. The Elves remain above ground and become a hard people.
20,000 BC - The Elves first meeting with the Dwarfs leads to war.
15,000 BC - Human colonists arrive from an unknown and long forgotten planet. They immediately befriend the Dwarfs, which leads to the Elves seeing them as a new enemy. The Elves ambush the main human camp and slaughter 40% of the colonists and destroy their ships, only the intervention of the Dwarfs prevents a total massacre. The surviving Humans move into Dwarven cities where they find a race eager to learn their technological secrets. First appearance of Elven Bladedancers.
14,965 BC - Together the humans and Dwarfs are able to create a series of portals using salvaged remains from the colony ships. First Geomancers appear amongst humanity. First Undead Slayer.
14,700 BC - First Valkyrie.
14,000 BC - The Elves experiment with dark powers leading to the Chaos gods gaining a foothold in this world and the creation of the Vermin race. This leads to the first civil war within the Elven race, with the lower castes splitting off to become the Wood Elves and Wild Elves, and leaving. First Dreammasters and Forsaken.
13,500 BC - The High Elves abandon the dark powers leading to another split with those who wish to continue, and eventually become known as the Dark Elves. Experimenting on human prisoners leads to creation of Centaurs, Pegataurs, Satyrs and Minotaurs.
13,300 BC - Elf experimentation creates Nymphs, Pixies, Dryads, Harpies and Leprechauns.
13,260 BC - First recorded Mimic.
13,070 BC - The High Elves enslave the Halflings as their servants while the Dark Elves continue experimenting, leading to the creation of such races as Orcs, Goblins, Hobgoblins, and Kobolds. Duergar appear amongst Dwarves. First Trollslayer.
13,000 BC - First Apostulates and Reincarnated.
12,600 BC - The Wood Elves teach humans the secret of magic and the names of the gods of Order. First Arcanists, Alchemists, Bards, Biomancers, Elementalists, Illusionists, Mad Ones, Mirror Masters, Mystics, Necromancers, Shaman, Sorcerers, Stormwardens and Urban Mages. Interracial mixing leads to first Half Elves.
12,300 BC - First Magebanes.
12,260 BC - First recorded Pirates.
12,100 BC - Avalon is built by various engineers from the Human, Wood Elf, Dwarf and Gnome races using the last remnants of their hi tech. First Half Dragons appear.
