During WW2 one of my sister's was evacuated out of London to the small village of Beriview Ponys UK, near the England - Wales border where she was billeted under the care of Colonial Lyon Corbett-Winder and his wife Ailsa in their home known as Vaynor Park.   Below are photo's of the gardens - house - and stables block.
