What kind of quality can I expect to recieve?
Rommie Corso Design focus on delivering nothing less than the highest quality design and service for our clients. We work with you individually so that your project recieves the proper attention to detail. We don't believe in rushing jobs, just to meet weekly or monthly sales targets as many of the bigger businesses do, so therefore our focus is on getting the job right, rather than getting the job finished in the quickest time possible. Our passion is art and design and we get as much satisfaction out of creating successful, quality artwork as our clients do.

I can't find on your website the particular style I have in mind for some illustrations
I would like. Do you produce other styles?
Yes! We can produce any style you like - in illustrations or design. The website contains just a very small section of the various work we have completed. Almost every job we produce requires a different style of artwork or design. We are happy to create new styles or match a particular style as requested.

How do I choose the right printing company for my business cards and letterheads?
We can do this for you as we also offer full print management as well as design services. Even if you already have exsisting business cards etc, we may be able to give you a cheaper quote or better quality finish. We usually save our customers money in this area as we have alot of experience having used various printing companies, so we know who is good and who isn't. We know who has the best deals and quality service, as well as current specials.

How can a printing company not be any good?
Whilst the majority of printing companies will provide quality results, some are way overpriced, whilst others - usually the ones that offer very cheap prices, produce dodgy or cheap results. Especially when it comes to business cards as almost everyone has a business card! Do you really want to hand out a business card that is printed on thin, cheap paper? Or paper than gets worn easily in your purse or wallet. It just doesn't give off a good impression of who you are or your business. The worst case I have ever encounted is wet or smudgey ink! Some printers try short cutting by not using the appropriate ink or drying methods.

Hi, I live interstate, how would you go about creating and delivering my artwork?
I would create your artwork the same way as I do any job! Obviously there will be more correspondance by email, internet and phone as required. You will recieve proofs over email and you may request proofs to be mailed to you. Once artwork is complete, if it is digital, you will recieve all files on a CD and over email as required. There really isn't a whole lot of difference in the way we work for interstate or international clients thanks to the internet. As really anything can be produced by email communication alone if need be. I do enjoy meeting and getting to know my clients but obviously this is not always possible.

I would like my logo embroidered on my business t-shirts and jumpers, do you do this?
Yes! We often deal with screen printing, pad printing and embroidery companies and we certainly can organise quality embroidery for your t-shirts and jumpers.
