On 14th July 2009 we lost our Presley. He will be remembered for his affection and enthusiasm for life. The sort of dog who would always give 100%, eager to please with his big brown lovely eyes. Always happy to take a smooch from anyone he had an extended fan club. He will certainly be missed by all.

Presley had a great fun loving temperament and spent his days in the back yard playing with 6 kids (humans that is!). He came from a litter of 13 puppies (7 F, 6 M) with no ridgeless, sinus, bad mouths or colour faults. All of this is in addition to him regularly being in the winning line up! Proving that he was much, much more than just a houndog!

Presley was a proven winner and produced

At the 7th National Rhodesian Ridgeback Specialty Championship Show on 20th & 22nd March 2004 Presley won BEST PUPPY IN SHOW under Mrs Dorothy Grayson Wood (UK). He was also shortlisted (out of 40 males) to the final 6 for Best Gaited dog at the tender age of 11 months.

       Critique:    "Nice sort of dog, very well muscled, in good condition, moving very soundly,
       nice head, good length of neck, correct shoulders, topline kept on the move, really strides
       out, driving from the rear, nice legs and feet, good depth of chest. Has good ridge,
       but could be a little longer."

       Critique:    "5 1/2 month old puppy, lovely head & expression, good ear set and
       nice dark eyes, good reach of neck set on good shoulders, well balanced front
       and rear, standing on good legs and feet, moved and showed extremley well
       for one so young."
