1974 LT

This is my beauty of a 1974 ta22, I just thought I'd share with the world. You'll have to excuse the ‘L’ plates, they’re gone now. These pictures were taken a couple of days after I got her, which was now a year ago.

There's nothing too wizz bang about her, which is the way I plan to keep it actually. I plan to do her up and keep her in beautiful condition, but keep her as original as possible. All the panels are straight and rust free. There's a bit of a rust problem in the boot I'd like to take care of ASAP, but I don’t think that will require too much. She's got a re-conditioned 2T engine under the bonnet, with a bit of help, thanx guys, put in two weeks after I brought her home. Apart from that, that’s all that’s been done engine wise. Maybe a phat sports exhaust or something in future days to come, just to beef her up a bit, but nothing too major.

The interior is in really good condition too. I'm hoping to fit in a sports steering wheel soon. The chip in the original is starting to bother me. Apart from a kick-ass pioneer stereo system, that’s about all that’s needed on the inside too.

Maybe future pics to come when I decide what to do with the rust in the boot. I might even wall and carpet it yet, see how it goes.
