1971 LT

Model : 1971 LT ( made Nov 71 )

Motor: 2T-B - ported , and bored out (de tuned drag motor) Genie Extractors, Stock carb - but soon to have 32/36 Weber Current Stock cam - though this will also be replaced.

Exhaust system: 2.5 inch straight system , Genie Extractors, and a single Lukey sports muffler ( if it growls - its a lukey )

Interior: Re trimmed Dash pad , original carpets Prelude bucket seats and sports steering wheel Original rear seat in excellent condition.

Suspension + brakes : Stock brakes , Monroe Gas GT sports shock absorbers These will be replaced in time with vented rotors up front , Pedders shocks all round and king springs - Also will be investigating Kmac swaybars.

Wheels: Speedy 14x7 Steel mags ( being replaced with Minilite 14x6's and 195/55's all round

Stereo: Clarion CD player - Phillips 6 inch Splits, Clarion 6x9'sIm the 3rd owner since new .

Currently near the end of being restored, few more rust spots to be cleaned up - then it will be resprayed in hot chilli red (when budget allows)

I'm aiming to build a quick single cam Celica - within a tight budget - and so far i am succeeding ..With the carby in place - and the cam soon to go in - my projects nearing the end :)
